Darryl has been a student, instructor, and practitioner of the Martial Arts since 1971. It was then, that he was first introduced to eastern concepts of fitness, health, and holistic training.

The holistic approach to anatomy, physiology, neurology, biomechanics, pathology, and health, inspired Darryl to receive his Doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa in 1985. In addition, Darryl has taken over 500 plus hours of Post Graduate Education courses ranging from techniques and research on Spinal and Extremity Rehabilitation to Functional Health and Core Concepts of Fitness. In 1994, Darryl received his Strength Training Certification from The Health and Fitness Institute at Hayward State University.

For more than 18 years, Darryl was the Fitness Director, Master Trainer, and Career Mentor for Club One in San Francisco. He's trained trainers to evolve their bodybuilding principles to holistic concepts of Functional Integrative Training. Many of his trainers have gone on to become Physical & Occupational Therapists, Chiropractors, ART Specialists, Acupuncturists, and other healthcare related professionals. Darryl has been known as "The Trainer's Trainer".

His passion is to always educate his clients on the importance of improving their strength, flexibility, core, balance, functional awareness, and correcting muscle imbalances. In the last 20 plus years, Darryl has worked extensively with the "over 40 - 80" population to improve the quality of their lives.

Friday 8:00 am - 12:00 pm
